Prime and best possible location next to the grocery store, good facilities. Very good service, beautiful views of swimming pool from my deluxe room. Early check in and late check out.

Location in the centre of the city was a plus. The hotel was overall clean with genuinely helpful and responsive staff.

It was in the centre of Sanur with Crystal Divers nearby.

The breakfast was good hot for the quality, I really enjoyed fresh fruit and pastries.

I really enjoyed that the room was extremely spacious and airy with the balcony over the lagoon. Had great and lovely location to Hardys shopping complex.

The breakfast was gorgeous with fried eggs and pancakes, as example and we spent evenings in the beach bar on-site. The location was very central, amazing next to Hardy's Department Store & Supermarket.

The pool was lovely and I had soft drinks in the beach bar. The room I got was brand-new and beautifully decorated with double bed, separate toilet, as for instance. The breakfast had a great selection of options, fresh fruit and pastries. Everything was nice, nonetheless a few employees were not very good.

The room was immaculate, fantastic and had a good view. The staff members were amazing and fabulous. The service was fantastic, the food was different. In addition, parking was on site.

The location was strategic next to a very delicious restaurant and the staff here was genuinely helpful and responsive. The unit we got was a nice size and brand-new with a pleasant balcony and live music playing plus access to lagoon.

Beautifully kept accommodation with strategic setting not far from shops and cafe and restaurants, and convenient stores around sanur area. A good choice of local food at breakfast time.

The location of this hotel was great, right next to a shopping center. It was convenient to have everything within walking distance. The rooms were also nice and cool, which was perfect after a hot day exploring the city.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. the noise was unbearable.

It was very nice...staff was great...breakfast good...location was OK..not great After and during shower was very stinky....made whole bedroom smell like sewer....very gross. But other than that...great pool...very safe!
